Equipment List
Our studio is open Monday to Friday and is located on the 3rd floor of a back building, there is a gate and a locked door downstairs. It includes extinguishers, fire doors as well as a 3D security lock. The recording room is 18 square meters, and the control room is 16 square meters. Both rooms are equipped with many sound absorbing acoustic panels in the walls and above the ceiling (there are hanging panels hidden in the ceiling for optimal results). Both control and recording rooms have double doors to ensure soundproofing.
Pricings mostly depend on the project (type of service(s) provided, actors, engineers…).

DUBnSUB has state-of-the-art dubbing and voice-over studios in Berlin, Germany. Our production studio is available for rent.
Pre-paid Studios Rental Prices
DUBnSUB Studios is readily available for rent at fair rental prices for auditions, classes, rehearsals, music recording, dubbing and voice-over sessions, etc.
(*All bookings are subject to matter of availability and acceptance by ourselves.)
*Rates only include studio gear/equipment that is built into studio. Any additional equipment that is not provided with the studio can be rented out separately (*extra charges applicable).
- Rentals are held on a first come first serve basis. So please make your reservations as far in advance as possible!
- Signing a service agreement before the facilities can be available is mandatory and 25% of the estimated bill must be paid in advance.
- In case of cancellations, we advise you to make it at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. In case you fail to do so, your card shall be charged for our 3-hour minimum plus inconvenience fee.
